Haven Manufacturing Corporation has been building Double End Finishing equipment since 1984. With the recent introduction of our next generation machines, Haven has received several orders in the past few months. Since October 2010, Haven has sold (8) new Double End Finishing machines; including our Model #901 (38mm capacity), Model #916 (76mm capacity) and our Model #939 (102mm capacity). Haven also offers our Model #950 machine (127mm capacity). The primary improvement in these machines is the tube clamp-up design. The previous swing arm method has been changed to a straight line direct clamp-up design. This design reduces centerline setup errors, reduces setup time and improves chip extraction.
